We love staying here. When you register they have a basket of fortune cookie messages to pick from… Mine was spot on.! Everybody was very sweet, helpful and the rooms were better than expected. This is not a chain Hotel… It feels very homey. Very personalized service. We will be coming back to the Waterville area every several months and I will always stay here. Looking forward to using that large pool during the summer months. ~ Stuart

“This is the last overnight of a week-long bus tour, during which the group stayed in 4 different lodgings.  The Fireside Inn & Suites is the one I liked best.  This includes a resort in the Poconos.  The rooms were clean and comfortable.  The welcome whoopie pies were fun, too.  I am leaving with a brochure for when I make a return trip to Waterville.  Thank you!
