• All rates subject to the current 9% Maine Lodging Tax.
• Each additional person, over two, will be charged $20/day
• Pets are welcome, except in kings & suites. There is a one-time $20 (plus tax) pet fee.
• Children under 17 stay free when sharing a room with their parents.
• Higher rate may apply to some special events, and we may require a minimum length of stay.
• Reservation guarantee by credit card is required for all reservations.
• Credit Cards: American Express, Master Card, Diners Club, Discover Card, Visa
• Guests will have up until 3pm one day prior to the day of arrival (24 hours) to cancel their reservation without penalty.
